DAILY FLY540 MARA FLIGHTS FROM JOMO KENYATTA AIRPORT

Fly540, Kenya's low cost airline, will introduce daily flights from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to the Masai Mara from the 15th July, 2007.

This is the first time that an airline is offering ser-vices between JKIA and the Masai Mara.

In addition 540 Aviation Ltd is linking Mombasa and Malindi to the Mara with daily flights.

The new services will appeal to tourists arriving on international flights, holiday makers at the coast and Kenyans who want to visit the Mara without the hassle of the road journey.

Return fare from Nairobi is 199 dollars and the introductory return fare for both Malindi and Mombasa is 270 dollars.

Mara flights will depart from Nairobi at 11.15 a.m.

Services from Mombasa will leave at 7.40 a.m. and the Malindi departure time will be 8.15 a.m.

Two further aircraft have joined the 540 fleet in line with its strategy for growth and expansion in Kenya and into the region.

Don Smith, the Chief Executive Officer of 540 Aviation Limited, said:

"Our turbo prop aircraft have been chosen for their reliability, good fuel consumption and operating costs which are up to 30 per cent less than equivalent jet aircraft.
