these blacks who are helping with the hunt in order to please the bwana i ask myself the following question:

these natives get little money for their jobs. the big money goes to the white hunting safari company. how the hell can the blacks comprehend that hunting is only allowed when the white man wants to kill????? and if the blacks do it's "poaching"!
i won't wonder if one day the natives realise what the white men has done to their countries and just send the white bwana into the sea

In many cases it is 100% more than they were getting before the hunting operators employed them. Many workers are from extremely poor rural areas, often hunters themselves, with no previous means of income. Many were poachers who have been converted by offering employment to catch other poachers, etc.

In Tz there are more black owned hunting companies then white owned. About 60:40 is an accurate ratio. IN Zimbabwe it is similar. Zambia is heading that way.

That is a real issue indeed. But you are over-simplifying. The White man can hunt because he gets a permit to do so from the Gov. Any black man can do the same. In fact, a citizen hunting license is many times cheaper than a non-citizen resident permit, which in turn is many times cheaper than a Tourist hunter permit. Eg, a citizen can get a permit for an impala for under $10. The same for non-citizen resident (like an expatriate) would be $60 and for a tourist it is over $300.

You will be suprised how many black Africans feel they were better off when they were a colony. Post independence Gov have mostly deteriorated the cost of living in their countries while seeking personal enrichment. There is practically no middle class in many sub-saharan countries; just the very rich and the very poor. And the gap between the two seems to be increasing......

i could not imagine that's that bad............is it right to draw the conclusion that now the countries incl. citizens are sold by their "black governments" - offered for exploitation.
