With the great loss of Pippa to us & all those she strived so hard to help it seemed not appropriate to continue the question in the original post.

My question was not so much aimed at the big five posters, but now with all being busy elsewhere the forum has dried up & with the lack of response to posts it barely seems worth while to take the time to make a post.

I amsure as we all overcome our problems & life is back to normal then the posts will start to show but it would be great to receive more input from others.

I agree with you and as mentioned to Simba; I am one of those to blame as well.
Said that I am going AWOL as you know from Thursday for 3 weeks - home to Kenya. I am doing a safari around various lakes and areas of Kenya; or should I say my wife and kids are because I will be taking small planes to and from the different areas whilst they go in a 4X4... why? I got operated on my back about 4 weeks ago and to do hours per day going from one place to the other will kill my back again. So I am still going but need to take very much care. I am trying a new local company called Menengai who we have had on our website and will see what it is like. Will do a trip report as well - which will be written up in...... I will not let the cat out of the bag as it is a little secret that Simba is working on for Bushdrums..... believe it not but you all will be SUPER pleased on the outcome.
