Things are moving in the right direction as far as setting up WLCI-USA.

We now have a lawyer who is working on things for us and she will have the papers of incorporation to me by the end of next week to sign and submit. Then the huge 28 page IRS form will be submitted after that. I don't know how long it will take the IRS to review and accept the NGO with tax exempt status, but at least we are well on the way to getting things set up.

I've heard from Henk that the December trials may have to be postponed until April due to lack of funding. A donor who had agreed to pick up the cost has had to back out due to the recession so we will need to raise more funds before the trials can go ahead.

It takes nature millions of years to evolve a new species. It takes only minutes to eradicate one from the wild forever.
