No idea what you guys are on about. Kipper keeps sending me PMs with the same or new titles and I seem to receive them all. He reads my replies and you guys too.

Kipper, please have a look at your security settings in the browser (not your firewall or antivirus!).
Maybe your security settings for Internet Explorer or Firefox are too tight.
Is Java enabled?
Is JavaScript enabled?
Do you allow Cookies?
Maybe you can try to reduce the security settings and see if you can then send PMs. If not, please put your security settings back to what they were.
