I hear that Pippa makes a fantastic fresh pesto - that is what I call a real lady... non of this glass jar situations.

i closed my pesto-factory yesterday. now winter can come 
but i am into ruccola-pesto after we return from the mara  i am curios how that is going to taste.

Once you have it all set and nicely ready; - 
Either make a quick fresh tomato (best with cherry tomatoes) sauce, simply dice up some cherry tomatoes, quickly heat the tomaotoes in a pan with a drop of olive oil, toss and then mix in the fresh Pesto and Ruccola sauce.
The pest pasta to have with in linguine - if you find Gragniano type - even better!
The sweetness of the cherry tomatoes takes the bitter twist away from the Ruccola - try it.
