Yes but in Greece there is more money and the cities have schools where the historical sites are based.
Most children who end up doing the ground work for KWS in future or working for some Wildlife Program currently do not even have enough money to purchase shoes, books, uniform or pens.
I do not think that the Goverment Ministers who travel with the latest Mercedes think about placing some money into perhaps a few buses that could take the kids for a day out to see the closest parks and explain to them ALL how wildlife can, is and will continue to benefit East Africa if respected and looked after carefully.

You are SOO right Nico. It seems all they worry about is putting more money into their own pockets. They don't seem to give a damn about their own poor and hungry people. It is so maddening.
I even wonder how many of them have bothered to take their own families on a trip to the parks?

I think it also has to do with the fact that those responsible don´t value wildlife as much as they should themselves. If they were aware of it´s value and if they had the neccessary respect towards nature, they would do something about it. No school bus took them on safari, so how should they know better?
Maybe they should be educated first
