eh? july 2007??
and which country are you talking about? Kenya?
If so, it would stand in contradiction with our article Kenya Wildlife Park Revenues Grow...
Please clarify.
thanks

carsten schatzi,
it's selous means TAZ!
but regarding park fees in kenya:
while staying at ilkeliani we had tickets of course for the maasai mara for our 7 day stay = 560 US$ for 2 of us!. the cheetah mom with the 4 cubs left the reserve and went into the "conservancy" adjacent to the reserve. in order to search for the cheetah there we would have been obliged to pay another 40US$pppd. the same if one wants to visit or pass other "conservancies" north of the reserve! one has to pay 40 US$ to each "conservancy".
and don't ask what makes them being a "conservancy" as there are villages with cattle and goats etc........
just a kind of highwayman behaviour!
ah, sorry, missed that word in the title :T
the cheetah mom - I bet - was pribed by the conservancy to lead tourists there to make money
