Why I love Botswana!

I'm sure you'll love this one Jan, especially the youngster trying to master the use of the trunk. 

An older sibling come in to check us out & if need be to protect the young calf.

The herd numbered at least 50 individuals possibly many more at one point we were surrounded by elephants as we caught glimpses of them far into the distance.

 

Bought a little prickling to the eyes remembering this total trust from the herd.
