Thanks to you both - Pippa and Jan; I do know that Christmas season is super high rates; all over the world - I am in the business myself and have been involved in hotels in Africa and the UK - however I cannot book a holiday unfortunately until I know who is staying at Sant' Antonio over the Christmas period and / or if there are functions on where I need to be here for my business.
Looks like my regular group this year (BWM Italy) this year have decided to go to Paris as they were here last week - and therefore it looks like I will be mainly full of Italians who normally do not need the big venues which means I can leave a full structure of staff and for once go away for Christmas...! Yupppiiiieeee - however all still to be 100% confirmed.

lucky nico you - both at the same time: money flows in because of the business AND you hopefully can go away for a couple of days!

TWIGA is fine - they just got awarded a prestigious prize at WTM!
