kencel is fantastic; safaricom doesn't cover all of MM despite it says so!
depending on length of stay and area coverage we buy both safaricom and kencel in order to make sure we can reach europe whenever we have to respectively can be reached in need.
we have been charged almost double the fee/minute considerung the minutes we bought and the minutes we got 
but it's still cheap compared to rooming...

B O T H kencel and safaricom - seems to be policy ...........
we paid 5000KSH for 65 min. and got roughly apprx. 35 min! despite the fact that's still favourable compared to rooming - it isn't as cheap as promised and i think one should be aware of that fact/possibility.
