Funny that you suggest this right now, Pippa. The author himself just got in touch with me today and suggested his books to be added to the list. Of course I did not wait to be asked a second time and they are already added to our list for reviews and rating as well as a link to online stores for those who havn´t got a copy yet.
I absolutely agree, they are a must for anyone who wants to know details on wildlife.

carsten, during these lazy days between Xmas and new year - nothing happens besides that some of my clients are having a tough time in tanzania while on safari right now due to the heavy rains which still haven't sudsided; but asilia camps are doing a great job in getting them from a to be getting out of their way of normal safari routine by providing charter planes, extra landcruiser transportation etc. etc. - i was looking for a interesting read and got held on the safari companion which is fantastic and offers thought-travelling while in wet-windy-cold germany!
i just had to post it in order to not forget it
