dear mr. president kibaki,
as we got aware there are ambitions in kenya towards re-introducing trophy hunting!
as incentive house and travel consultants very much involved in eco tourism to kenya we massively oppose any kind of trophy hunting being re-introduced!
we honestly hope that the hunter's lobby in kenya won't be able to lead to a change of the present legislation towards trophy hunting means force you to introduce trophy hunting again because your wildlife is your and your people and their children's and grandchildren's heritage and nobody - nobody - has got the right to cash in on that heritage means sell that heritage for dollars which only serve a very few people!!
as you know best eco-tourism is sustainable tourism which brings wealth to your country and its people. contrary to sustainable tourism is trophy hunting where an animals is killed for fun or sport and therefore shooting wildlife with e rifle or bow and arrow means killing your extremly valueable assets once and forever.
nowadays because of the internet avaiability to millions of people around the world who care about the environment and wildlife we have got the perfect means to spread word around the globe and make people aware of what is going on.
it would be a disgrace to kenya if trophy hunting is going to be re-introduced especially after kenya has got one of the declared wonders of the world now: the massai mara!

it must be our mutual goal to beware kenya's wildlife for future generations!
best regards and please keep up the flag against lobbyists in this serious case!
