Great laugh ! 
You would be surprised how cheaky monkeys can be. I once approached a monkey from behind and thought I would give him a nice fright when I am close enough.
Instead, the monkey just turned around and started to attack me 
They really have no fear. In the end he realized he better run as I wasn't showing any fear either, but for a moment we both looked at each other fairly stunned

They are smarter than we give them credit for. I've been told at Amboseli that they don't fear women at all. They don't worry if a woman starts chasing them. But if a man dresses as a woman, they would automatically know it was a man and run if being chased.
